Kohinoor Viva Pixel- Phase I

Got refund for 1.5 lakhs token given after multiple round of calls/WhatsApp and again follow ups.... no post sales support and no consistency in answers provided in my experience. Verdict : Do not recommend to buy...but yes you can invest though (if future rent expectations are low as well) Please note !!! -- There are multiple fake sites created by Channel partners which may look like genuine just to get your contact details and then trap you and share you number to entire CP fraternity...???? Good luck!!

Who would be foolish to purchase the project of Kohinoor...no flat visit, no transparency...no talking about the size of the area...but I have lost touch with the face of their sales team...of the roads. Promise karte banate nahi example viva city.....these people are real scammers....stay away from these people.

I may request all home buyers please check Agreement Paper properly before proceeding to do an agreement. Definitely you muat see whatever the commitments given by sales person are 100% fake. I cancelled my 2.5 BHK booking because of fake commitments. At the end I received my booking amount as well as SDR amount, but they deducted 15K for holding flats. The sales team of Kohinoor Groop are worst and layer. Don't trust this builder. They are not responding emails. It indicates the nature of the builder. So please don't burn???? your money behind this project.

Below are the list of fake commitments so don't invest here. Many more cancellation are already done here and I am also part of that. 1. Inclusive Housing Society ( MHADA ) has no separate entry and exit gate, check agreement paper. 2.MHADA people can access society amenities. Check agreement paper. 3.Dangerous point is that they are shifting all Viva Pixel Phase -1 MHADA people to Viva Pixel Phase -2. Check Agreement Paper. 4.Its a kind of Lotry system MHADA will stay in society ( 1 RK, 1 BHK ). Check MHADA website. 5. Initially there was 11th story building for MHADA, but after RERA comes it has mentioned 15th story building will be there for MHADA. Request you all please don't burn your hard earn money behind this project. Simply cancel and exit from this project. They have deducted some amount after flat cancellation without any mistakes from my side. This happened because of wrong information circulated by sales team. What we learnt from here builder may be reputed or not but they will never stop tricks to trap clients.

Very bad experience faced from Kohinoor with continuous mental harassment by CP and even harrasing my wife. This incident highlighted to Kohinoor Sales person but they are telling they dont care about the behavior of their CP. They only ask you to meet there to waste your time and ultimately hold your booking. Worst experience, never going to buy property from Kohinoor. And interesting thing is most of the five star reviews given by their CPs.

Very poor sales executive..abusive channel partners…Mr Santosh Kamble abused a female from my family ,he works for pal property broker and the builder took no stand. Mr Nishad the site head sides with the channel partners. All the positive reviews are by channel partners,workers of cp and kohinoor. The good ones are all paid reviews Only poor ones are genuine.

Please save yourself from investing in this property. They still don't have rera for phase 2. They took the booking amount but I don't see the registration happening in near future. Sales Person: Himanshu We have been continuously contacted and followed up until we book the flat. And now when there is so much delay in registration, these people don't bother to pick calls or respond to your messages.
