I have paid initial 2 lakhs for booking flat in Jun 2024. Since family brought up some location related limitations, next day I communicated to sales person I.e. Divanshu and Mr. Amit Joshi Sir that we want to cancel our booking. Initial assurance to process full refund was in 3 to 4 weeks time. From last 3 months, I am still waiting for refund to be processed. Priyanka mam (Sr. staff member) told me that refund should be processed by 15th Sep.. UNFORTUNATELY there is no official builders / site specific email or phone number where you can reach and get clarity. You can max call sales person or contact on his email address..????

I really liked the location and it was a real good experience at site.. Thanks to Ms.Priyanka who explained me everything and cleared all my doubts. Kudos to her..

I am absolutely furious with the service I received from Purvankara and Purva Aspire team. I would not recommend this site or builder to anyone. The lack of communication, the poor quality of work, and the overall frustration I experienced have left me extremely dissatisfied. The plan is not as per Vastu Shastra. The possession was supposed to be in September 2024, but they are still not providing the correct date. Luckily, I did not complete my registration and I stepped out in March. I have yet to receive my refund or clear communication from the team regarding the refund. Please beware while investing in such builders from outside of Pune.

Furthermore, I must acknowledge Krutika from the CRM team for her exemplary coordination efforts. Her efficiency and attention to detail have streamlined communication and facilitated smooth progress at every step of the way. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly commend Puravnkara for their outstanding commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. While the project's completion may still be on the horizon, my confidence in their abilities remains unwavering. I eagerly anticipate the final outcome and am grateful for the opportunity to embark on this journey with such a remarkable team.

Great layout and the build quality seems very promising. The location of the project is just perfect for a new home owner like me. Close enough from Chandani Chowk but still nestled in peaceful area surrounded by NDA hills and Ambrosia resort. Very happy with the purchase. Special thanks to Priyanka from the sales team for all her patience with our questions and absolutely honest and transparent guidance. All the best to Purvankara and looking forward to move in next year. :)
