Got worse experience while interacting with VTP CRMs (including head CRM). Unfortunate to see VTP failed to respond to simple queries and keeps asking to visit the office when queries can be answered via online meeting and email confirmation. CRMs prefer their comfort over customer queries or requests and will ask you to visit the VTP office during the weekdays as they are not available on weekends. Also, their CRMs will promise a call and will not join the meeting at the mentioned time. Would recommend extra care; get written confirmation from VTP authorities (not from CRMs or their managers). VTP & entire VTP CRMs are unprofessional, lethargic, and non-serious and are playing with the emotions of home buyers and do not worry about queries from customers. No matter to whom you escalate, their behaviour will be unprofessional, lethargic, and non-serious. Considering this experience and latest interaction with CRMs, I personally do not recommend VTP to anyone. Possession date while booking the house and actual possession date have a gap of around 2 years.
