Utopia Gold

Disappointing Experience with Utopia Gold I booked a flat in Utopia Gold back in April 2023 with the promise from Akshay Punjabi that I would get possession by December 2024. However, it’s now October 2024, and the basement isn’t even completed. The construction progress is extremely slow, and there is no clear communication from the team regarding any delays or revised timelines. I feel misled and frustrated, as I trusted their timeline and made significant decisions based on their promises. If you’re considering investing in this project, I highly recommend looking into the current status and reconsidering. The delay is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience so far.

Shevi Utopia Gold is a Exceptional Project and Outstanding Location I am extremely satisfied. The location is ideal, offering convenience while maintaining a peaceful environment. The construction quality is exceptional (My one construction), and flat's design is unique, standing out with thoughtful details and a premium feel. I would also like to commend Sales Manager *Arjun Pardeshi*, for his professionalism and support throughout the process. His knowledge, promptness, and customer-first approach made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this project to anyone looking for a new home. The combination of a great location, high-quality construction, and excellent service makes it a great investment opportunity.

I saw the many of the Projects in Moshi but The Shevi Group is totally different and having awesome latest construction technology such as Mivan with premium quality Homes which is fullfill our demand. Specially Mr. Arjun (Sales) is very good and having awesome knowledge of building and construction and provided a good services and solutions.
