Very transparent things so far, hopping for the same in future.

I recently visited Unique Youtopia and was quite disappointed with several aspects of the project Blocked View: We were assured by the salesperson that there would be no buildings obstructing the west-facing side of A3, which was a major reason for booking the flat. However, there is now a building under construction, Strand Abodes, that will completely block our view, even from the top floor. And the proximity to the building is extremely in your face Construction Quality: The quality of construction did not meet expectations.Also, there's an open deep drop near 201, that's not barricaded. Very serious oversight from a safety perspective. Congested Planning: The layout from the entrance to the lift felt very congested. The pathway at the entrance is extremely narrow, making it feel cramped and unwelcoming. Even the layout of the flat and wings seem too congested Lobby Aesthetics: The lobbies appeared long and monotonous, lacking an inviting or luxurious look. Comparative Quality: When compared to nearby buildings, Youtopia seems plain and average. The new building, Strand Abodes and Vertica coming up in front of Youtopia look significantly better in terms of design and appeal. I hope the developers will address these issues and enhance the overall quality and aesthetics of the project.

For 3 bhk layout is good but the society will be covered by tall buildings on sides once all construction is complete. Amenities space seems to be less per flat basis. But rates are competitive for its location.

I have booked Flat in A6 wing. A4,5,6,9,10 wings are in phase 3, but there is 0 construction progress for A5/A6 wings from past 8 months. And we are not getting proper reasons from developers. Very negligent CRM team, never answer call , message and provide any assistance.

Only two parking floors are completed in last 15 months for A6. Very negligent CRM- have to follow up multiple times to get their response. No proper management. Doesn’t get response even If escalate to sales group. Attached their response given 4 months back and even after no progress- only one floor they were able to construct with full speed this year as per the response on review

Sushant from their Sales Office helped us well with all the questions we had. It was a very smooth process and we were treated with utmost respect and were made comfortable.
