I have purchased one flat here and they have given me possesion of the flat as well ( though quite late). I literally have to struggle with them for my parking a lot. Also they have given us name plate with different surnames of my wife and mine. ( In agreement the name is correct though they have done this mistake) . Now the funny part is they want to charge for changing of this name plate ( Seriously K - Town this is not at all expected) . The CRM team is not at all responsive or helpful I will say. Also the material quality used in construction as well in the flat for Kitchen or other pipes is worst......

One of the best projects in west Pune.

I think this project comes around range of Red zone declared by govt I don't know how this project DPR has sanctioned.

To begin with , This has been posted after experience with sales team , crm , a visit to a flat post booking , which we are hoping a timely and happy possession soon of the flat.. 1- Thanks to Pankaj from front end office during initial discussion they withheld our emotions our expectations, there were lots of ups and downs but yes he stood right there in front of us , and in end we do had a mutually understanding to the aspects and we went forward on a good note towards flat booking 2- Thanks to Aishwarya for assistance in registration and query helping , just expect CRM team to be more vocal and clear since there sometime gets a gap due to confusion or misunderstanding so that shall be a avoided , 3- Flat visit experience was good , work is at good pace , I strongly believe to their quality and expect them to be upto that . Some of queries are there and shared to them and hope the resolution soon ,,,, Note - this is initial review and this will be updated as we keep proceeding ahead with process Thanks

Liked the project overall. It is on the Mumbai-Pune highway and is very close to Mukai chowk. The apartment layout is good. There are a number of amenities in the project. I feel that the amenity space would have been a bit broader by spacing the building further apart. But it's okay, not a big deal. Just hope that the finishing of the apartments and amenities are up to the standards. Would like to specially mention the professionalism and skills of Shubham from sales. He explained the project very well and remained patient with us from the time we visited K-Town until we booked an apartment. Unique Spaces, please ensure the quality of the construction and finishing live up to your words. Another request, please keep enough space in the society for tree plantation. I see that many new constructions are becoming just concrete places. Without green cover, places become less liveable. *Will keep updating this review until we get possession and beyond. Updates 1. Their POA messed up in the agreement where they had to put mobile numbers of the owners. I had told him to put respective numbers. He said this is not important, so he kept only one number for both. Now that one mobile is receiving SMS twice from Agreement office. Strange that these people don't even know this SMS feature after doing so many registrations. (Deducted 1 star)

I have purchased the flat in ktown so called premium project,and they have not given any services properly.....too many issues with my flat and no one is looking for the solution from builder side. I regret my decision purchasing flat here..
