I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the possession of my flat at Kolte Patil Life Republic. Despite having made full payment following the demand letter, I have not yet received possession as per the initially committed date, and I have learned that this has been extended without clear communication. It is concerning that after having fulfilled my financial obligations, I am left in a helpless situation without a timeline for possession. I strongly believe that at least 10-20% of the total amount should be held back until possession is granted as promised. Furthermore, I have been attempting to reach the admin team for clarification, but my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of communication is very frustrating and leaves me without guidance on how to proceed. ????????
Worst builder I have seen in 10 years in pune I have stay from decades but kolte patil builder is renowned builder but the construction quality facility are worst like we are residing in the village no electricity, STP WATER ISSUE, garbage collection, in washroom flush water black water and smell to dirty, they are giving false promises and steal the money from people with false commitments don’t buy the flats in life republic.
Hi All, I bought flat in R16 sector in 2019..I got possession in Jan 2024(after 5 yrs).This is our first home. Due to this delay we bought new flat with reputed builder. Now we are thankful of god for this decision because in this new building we are continuously facing problems. The major problem is STP. We feel like we are living local basti where we are not having basic things. Our core team is following with facility but there is no response. Hence I am using this public platform. Hope we will get basis facility from builder as they quote that they are reputed builder. Highly disappointed.
I am resident owner in life republic township marunji and recieved a flat after a delay of 1 year and struggle start from here. Here you will face all the problem with basic necessities like they can stop water at any time without any information, also the water which we received in tap is not clean. The major concern their STP plant from where they supply flush water is completely like gutter water with smell, black, germs, mosquitos etc. You can't live here without inverter as power go almost daily at any time. If we talk about mobile network that is also problem in this area. Although this problem is not builder problem. But above problem like water, cleaning etc you will suffer once start living here. This is honest review, consider this before investing your hard earned money here.
Bought a flat in one of the new sectors.(R16) Biggest mistake of my life. It was my first house but now we regret it every day Mentioning a few issues down below. Note : these facilities are managed by kolte patil facility team. They are using our maintenance money to provide the below amazing facilities. 1) electricity issues - long power outages every week 2)water issues - no water in flushes for days sometimes. When they do resume water in flushes its worse than gutter water. 3) poor build quality of the flat. Rusting on window grills, low quality tiles, poor paint. 4) podium (covered parking) lekage : the entire podium leaks when it rains 5) podium maintenance and cleaning not done.. podiumn is filled with filth, no lights, lift doesnt work 6) horrible house keeping. Garbage does get collected for days sometimes. Stairs are not cleaned regularly. 7) building lifts are in sorry state. The lifts dont even have bulbs. Its been 5 months since possession.

The residents of Arezo R16 are facing major issues in their society. Some of the issues are basic necessities which Kolte Patil is unable to fulfil. I have listed below some of the issues which all the residents of Arezo R16 are facing after they took possession in April 2024. With just 5-6 months in society we are feeling like cheated. “Naam bade darshan Chote”. > No lights in podium parking. > CCTVs were installed post multiple follow ups and downs escalations. > Black fungus water coming in flush for all residents. > No Solar Water for lot of flats. And only reason they give is air blockage, rainy season, repair work etc. > Almost every morning people complaint on no water in flush or any of the taps. > No proper cleaning within society. > Security issue within society as even Security personal are not paid their salary so they don’t provide required security. > No parking allotment for guests. And there are many more
