I had an extremely negative experience with Rohan Builders and would strongly advise against purchasing or investing in any of their properties. Please think a million times before making a decision. I'm certain that once you visit Rohan Ananta, you will never consider buying a property from Rohan Builders.

Don't buy if you are opting for a loan. Their prices are at premium compared to other builder in Hinjawadi. But considering layout, location and friendly marketing team I went ahead with the booking. You are supposed to pay 10% at booking and another 20% within 15days after aggreement. Bank needs NOI from Bajaj Finance to disburse amount because builders has taken laon from Bajaj finance. Builder gave me that NOI after 15 days and then bank took 1 more week for processing (there were 2 bank holidays in that week). Builder charged me an interest for delaying the payment. I told them it was delayed because you didn't gave NOI on time. But they have worst CRM team who just ignore customer call, email. They didn't even informed me when charges were levied. I could spot it in the next demand later only. They might have good marketing team but they have the worst CRM team.

Site is good The flats have decent spaces And the sales person is also good

Flat layout good but location is very very inside main road. Sales team not available for demo and queries.

Very small carpet for the price. Area is not good . Sales person not ready to explain details.

Well I am not satisfied with my visit below are the issue I’ve faced 1. The sales person was not able to explain the plan properly, DP road plan was not explained clearly. 2. Doesn’t understand details regarding the layout. 3. No layout plan was available even online wasn’t shared, a lot of time was wasted because of some printer issue. 4. I felt my visit was a total waste of time. About the Project 1. Poor Location way inside the main road, planned DP road is not clear. 2. Overall land parcel is divided into 2 part by planned road. 3. Design is too bad, a lot of space wasted, after being 1000+carpet look at the size of Living room, 1 middle BR is totally not usable. 4. No Amenities, there is very less space on GF and no amenities planned on Top floor which is a regular trend these days. 5. Rates are too high. 6. Rahul Aston, Gaikwad Nivanas are much better project in same vicinity (the are offering possession within 2024 or early 2025).
