Mivan construction type , builder is accountable and also they have a new concept of homes i.e convertable house's. Yes no doubt there is a concern of roads and traffic due to Punawale underpass but, it's not a permanent problem there will be a solution to it. Till that time you get your home's possession as road is directly going to connect WTC, eon IT park and then Directly to Hinjewadi phase 2 , so it's good to invest there.
