18 Magnitude

I recently visited the 18 Magnitude project in Punawale and had the pleasure of interacting with Swati and Prince. They provided me with detailed information about the project, and I had a very positive experience with them. I was impressed with the project's location, layout, amenities, and overall design. I found exactly what I was looking for, and I ended up booking my flat on my second visit, thanks to the excellent options they offered. After booking, I received timely updates from Swati, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the CRM team, particularly with Pranali, was not as smooth, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, Vinod from the team was calm, supportive, and very helpful. Overall, it has been a great experience with the team at 18 Magnitude, and I’m happy with my decision.

Local builder with local staff. Staff will professional till agreement after that when ever visit to site customer was fitting with builder. After agreement they can't allow you to come on weekend to discuss the issue. Because of new customer will impact. Worst decision i had taken to buy flat. I should go for small flat with good builder but not here.

Worst staff and unprofessional people after agreement they start showing their real quality.

Best project with best sales team

I am surprised to see no negative reviews here. No doubt the project is good in terms of pricing, location & carpet area but the management & the staff is pathetic in the way they handle customer communication. There's no effort towards making customers feel comfortable or valued or satisfied with the purchase. They behave as if customers who invested are now at their mercy to follow their rules blindly with no questions asked or concerns raised. We have never experienced such service with other projects we have invested. If the builder wants to create a good name & brand in the market, should look into hiring some really skilled & people friendly managers who can train the staff under him/her with same values.
