The staff is highly unprofessional, displaying arrogance and a lack of customer service skills. Manager speak rudely, behaving as if they own the company and he doesn't want to attend the customer who is looking for 2bhk flats. There seems to be no effective oversight from upper management, resulting in an overall terrible experience.

Finally booked flat in Punawale at K Shire. Amazing location, highway touched society with ample amount of amenities. Also the fittings and floor furnishing and tiles are just classy. Khushboo from sales team really helped us understand each and every detail of the project as well as the flat which we booked. It was a nice experience and a memorable one.

A very nice and beautiful project in the prime location of PCMC area . A very well Utilization of carpet area specifically , if i talk about Sales team then sincierly thanks to Ishwar sir for explaining the project very well and coordination . Do not buy flats in this side of Punawale or Thathwade. Your life will become hell due to underpass. No issues with project or builder but infrastructure is very big problem. There is no other way to cross highway other than those underpasses. Even cabs are not accepting trips this side due to underpass traffic and conditions of road. In emergency if we need to visit hospital also it's not possible. We have made a mistake by buying, but at least you guys can plan better. You can experience Punawale, Thathwade underpass traffic by yourself at 7pm to 9pm. While raining heavily visit it once.
