Their representatives don’t seem welcoming if they see your salary is not as per their expectations. They don’t even share details with you even if you requested politely. I do have salary to afford buying their property. They don’t understand that salary doesn’t define the buying power of customer for their expensive apartments. They contact you back after a year if their flats are not sold. Pathetic approach by management. Never will I buy property from such management. I was not going to post this but after a year their sales rep or marketing campaign is contacting me requesting to meet again and take discussion forward ????

Kasturi Builder is of opinion that how Indians have been living since ages is completely wrong and so they have adopted Singapore style Technology of Construction. There is nothing wrong in grasping foreign Technology, however it should be blended with Indian Culture and Tradition. These people have just copied how they stay at Singapore. They are of opinion that Indians are backward people and living Singapore way is more premium in nature. If you are a premium builder you should grasp a new technology and innovate to suit Indians. Todays india is not on receiving side. Few Insights : Restrooms : Non-Friendly for elderly folks. Some elderly folks have habbit to sit while bathing. There is no space to sit as they have a compact showering room. So they are forcing you to Shower because that is premium way for them. Kitchen : very less storage space for indian cooking style and different utensils. Heavy Tadka is not an option here. Bedrooms : India has a tropical climate, especially pune has a Beautiful weather. They are saying they are incapable to build Sliding windows for high rise building. So only small part of window inside bedroom opens, there is no seperate ventilation window, and they are saying its better to switch on AC all the time and forget the beauty of weather. Space around the project and amenities are good. However the actual flat is not practical for Indian Lifestyle. I do not want someone else to control my way of living in my own house and also pay a premium amount and buy from them..

I would recommend Kasturi builders if you’re really looking for a quality home.

This is highly flood prone area and also huge mosquito problem not ideal for 2cr home

Very boastful! Not ready to show construction site of work. Insisting only to go to sales office for visual demonstration to impress customers on screen! No need to go to such people who don't value the customers!
