Majestique Signature Towers

Just got the possession..plumbing issue leakage issue. Most of time no water in both bathroom.. No quick response. No one is serious about their work. Pathetic experience.

Possesion delay is common in every builders - But let s just take a snea pick into their delay story - We booked flat in Aug 2022, promising us hypothetical possesion date -Dec 2022, though we knew it is unrealistic. We expected it March 2023 , we visited our flat in July 2023, no progress at all. August or July 2023,the majestique builders decided to setup a formal meeting with everyone..informing the delay in possesion. The date promised over there was March 2024. Whole 2023 ended but then the work never was. The reason behind delay was that they had introduced a new building to the society without informing to anyone, and whole of the workers and management and sales of...everything was focused to sell building which was lately decided be residential rather than commercial. Also, the amenities area was not proportionally increased after introducing this wing. Now It is May 2024 and we visited our flat today. Still there are not even tap fittings which still ensures that we cannot get the flat possesion till end of year. Another point - we had asked for some customisation, but they did not do it at all.. and whenever we ask them about it, we always get the reply as we will do it..today it was same without any customisation. Update - We have already emailed them countess no of times yet they replied on this review asking to email them. What's the use they don't read the emails at all. Moral of the story - Majestique Towers is worst in terms of commitments on dates and in work.

DO NOT FALL FOR THESE THUGS i am waiting for possession since 2019 at majestique marbella kharadi.

So much fraud. The builder is addressing only positive comments. They do not even bother to call back and provide the details.

I had booked a 2bhk flat in 2020 n I was promised possession till March2023 Bt till today 1 June I hvnt recieved the possession , Now the CRM team hv promised possession in this week Almost 15 months possession delayed Another thing while booking the flat sales person told me wil get open car parking space , Bt I askd them I want covered car parking space as they told me u wil hv to pay 2lacs extra for covered parking . I said ok I am ready to pay 2lacs extra only if u give me parking on ground floor or 1st floor , I dnt want parking in basement . They said ok we wil give parking on ground floor or 1st floor , Bt 15 days back there executive have send me basement parking options n tld me to select from this options As we dnt hv another Already given all parking to another flat mates , I literally went 2-3 times to there office had so many discussions wit them abt parking Bt they gave me parking in basement I feel like they literally looted me for 2 lacs rs For giving me false hope about ground floor or 1st floor parking Literally worst expirence From Majestic Landmarks Sales person Nikhil Kamble CRM Sachin Mane

Loved this project! Awesome location right on Balewadi High street. Very responsive and professional staff.

An amazing project by Majestique. The location of the towers is simply the best! The gate opens up right on the Balewadi High Street, an extremely posh area with a plan of Metro station right in front of the towers.Thanks to Rishabh Saha their sales representative who guided us patiently and politely and helped us in finally booking the property
