I visited this project, it is a very good project, The sales person who was assigned to us was very good but he repeated a lot of content , which made sales speech boaring, If he can cut it down to few minutes and then sample flat visit, somebody like me will not be suspicious why sales person is explaining so much, anyhow we haven't bought flat here for our own reason but flat was good

Construction quality will also be good as Platinum Buildcon is a reputed builder in Pune and with 3 levels of amenities, it's a great deal for 2 & 3 bhk home compared to other residential projects going on in Balewadi. The project offers luxurious 2,3 4 BHK flats in Balewadi and has everything nearby as Balewadi High Street 5 mins and Hinjawadi Flyover 2 min away.

I just love the location of Platinum Marvelle, as it is well-connected to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway, Hinjewadi, Wakad, and Baner. There is a variety of 2, 3, and 4 BHK luxury flats available. I find the 3 BHK flats offer spacious carpet areas. Highly recommended if you are looking for luxury flats in Balewadi or nearby areas like Wakad, Hinjewadi, and Baner.
