The project is Awsome and my visitbexperice was aslo good all beacuse of their supportive and agreesive salse team. One my friend have also vooked an apartment in the project

The project has best layout and maximum open space , amenities , add on to the location is best. Near to schools colleges, hospitals etc.

Pre-possesion Review: This is an under-construction property. In my experience, the project team seems committed to a good buying experience right from the sales, loan processing team to backend staff. Special shout-out for Mohit Manani (our go to sale person) for being thoroughly professional, empathetic and his commitment to help and support even after the sales cycle. After thoroughly researching for a 3BHK I closed the deal at Lush (even though I had to settle for a slightly smaller carpet) liked the unit plan, locality and connectivity. Although, I am a bit sceptical of availability of overall open areas considering the number of units, pedestrian movements and vehicular maneuvers within the society after project completion. Hope the team will take everything in consideration while delivering the project. At the moment I can't comment on construction quality, quality of materials used etc. Post-possession review: ETA December 2026 (hopefully) :)

The 3 BHk residential apartment in Austin Lush is very spacious. Project location is very good , everything is near by . Also, the amenities are quite good and luxurious. Overall it's a good project

This project is located at a great location with area surrounded by schools, colleges, and shopping centers and can be an good investment opportunity. Some of the drawback could be it's high density, MHADA being inside the project and it being a mid-premium project. Still I had fantastic experience right from booking till the registration. The entire process was smooth except for the period when the builder was awaiting permission for 6 months. Since I liked the project I still went ahead with the purchase. Special thanks to Mohit Manani who has been a great salesman and for answering all the queries, doubts patiently and also helping in doing follow-up with other admin staff. Thank you so much Mohit and team.

The location of the project is really great , great interaction with the sales team very supportive and transparent, would really recommend the layout the living got me hooked on the project.
