10/23 Booked a tokan yesterday 09/24 CRM team should improve communication with customers. Most of customers are buying their first flat so you should guide them & followup regularly. Lack of communication between Rohan builder and SBI Bank, as well as delayed in some required property documents there was delayed in first demand so builder applied Interest on delayed payments. Team said we'll workout with this interest in the end but let's see they'll remember their words in the future. Construction quality is best, you'll get best amenities here. It's well connected with NH-4. They have 2-3 borewell buy There's no 24X7 municipality water supply right now, probably in the summer we'll be rely on water tanker. hope we'll get continue water supply in future. Loved the nature which is surrounded with trees. Hoping for best experience in the future. Read all terms and conditions personally & confirm your parking space while contract because you can't change once it confirmed.

1/5 stars Disappointing Experience with Rohan Harita Pre-Sale Department ( Name: GARGI BANERJEE) I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Gargi Banerjee from the pre-sale department. She made false commitments regarding the pricing of a 3.5 BHK flat, quoting ?1.45 crores, whereas the actual price was ?1.69 crores. Despite repeated assurances, Gargi failed to honor her commitments. She asked us to visit the site urgently, but when we arrived, she didn't show up or respond to our calls. We waited for over an hour, only to be left disappointed. She only did this for her name tagging during the entry process. Gargi's unprofessional behavior and lack of transparency have tarnished Rohan Harita Developers' brand reputation. I urge the management to take necessary actions against such practices and ensure customers receive honest and respectful treatment. Issues faced: •? ?False pricing commitments •? ?Unreliable and unresponsive staff •? ?Wasted time and unnecessary site visits Caution: Potential buyers, beware of false promises and verify information thoroughly before proceeding. I hope Rohan Harita Developers takes my feedback seriously and improves their pre-sale department's service standards.

Don't Buy Rohan builder means the Worst management, poor quality and most important don't bother after sale. Very pathetic service after sale and possession. They give false promise during sale of flats but once sold they don't care and bother what problems you are facing in flats and society. They are only taking care for front area of project to attract the new customer but don't care inside or backside areas of the project. Rohan Abhilasha B cluster Even after multiple escalation and chaser by society for pending issues, builder has not resolved major issues and no proper response since 8 month of possession.

Currently what ever they are showing only for selling the flats and what actual will happen huge gap… you will get to know once you got the Possation. Before invest in Any Rohan builder project think 100000000000 times . If you want real example please visit and check it Rohan Anata project. I am 100 percent sure you will never think to buy or invest in Rohan builder project.
