Visited on last Sunday, they not even entertain us, we asked them to show the sample flat on which they said we can show sample flat only if you already paid the token amount. I am not getting how someone can pay token without seeing sample flat?? Bad experience
It was just a proud feelings, of visiting Austin YANA office, the sales office and sample flat itself are so beautiful and elegant, anyone will get mesmerized after seeing the same. The project is awesome and a very unique in the vicinity. Must see this project, it's a promise you will also get amazed.
i find project is good with reference to the open space , like in Tathawade 15 acres land parcel and 8 towers this is something good to see . with three club houses . 4 bhk layout is good and 3bhk layout with 1191sqft layout is good .
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Austin Yana project, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Worst experience.. Overpriced for no reason.. Worst staff.. Extremely rude staff, and important thing is they are worsening market, other developers will also be over pricing their projects seeing these people.. On launch day they dint explain anything about plumbing fittings, electric fittings which brand they will be using, etc they are just trying to sale flats in name of Austin.. They are telling different price to different people.. Different price told to different people as there is no printed brochure, so no proof of pricing.. Worst.. Worst.. Worst????????????
Overpriced for no reason. Saying it premium won't make it premium. And yes the imbecile sales staff who pretends they own a apartment in NY Park Street, make it even worse, first they invite you to the launch event and then they say you have to have a token to view the sample flat, heck they were asking people to wait outside. And behaving unprofessionally with people who showed up there. Shambolic.
Bad experience: -The carpet area is 1085 costing around 1.35-1.37cr, highest in its neighbourhood(krisala-1.2 cr, renuka 1.2cr, gawade galore 1cr, austun lush itself was sold at 1.05cr 2yrs back, antalya next 1.24cr, All these peoject are having good quality sample flats) -yana from inside of the sample flat was not setting any other bench mark, it was just usual flat, only marketised by saying premium max life luxury etc. etc. -if that’s this premium- why dont they have any of these: -no pre false ceiling, -no whole house solar water, -flooring was average, -no separate dry balcony, -children room is just 9’11 X 10’7 in 1085sqft carpet, not even 10 X 11which is very common in any other project, -no double sink in kitchen, -only iron railings in the balcony, not even toughened glass railings -no guest rooms in the project plan, tiles used in the balcony too were quite old school -What is that premium thing in their flat for which they have set such high prices? -the road before the project is really narrow -already Rera is 2029, for such long future possession date already someone has to bear good rent amount, and buying this project at such high cost makes no sense when there’s no extra ordinary thing in the project -also no exceptional carpet size for the asked price -giving no great discount for holding tokens Sales staff review - sales staff on the day of launch of yana office was being very rude to non token holder visitors, they have treated them rudely(specially the staff having broken hand), -every visitor comes with a perspective of buying a property, if not treated well, customers can any day bring ur business down -visitors were not welcomed properly -non token holders were sent invite but when they went, they were asked to either wait for long time just to see the sample flat as if there’s some hidden gem inside, in that case -if anyone comes to visit the project they ought to ask questions and take pictures to compare that of with any othe project -it would be better not to send invite to visit -people were prohibited of taking pictures/videos too
