Renuka Panchtattva has impressed me with its prime location and professionalism. Over the past 6 months, the sales and CRM teams have been respectful, responsive, and provided clear updates on the project’s progress, including accurate photos showing steady advancement. Although the grill design was slightly modified, the changes were explained as necessary for safety and aesthetics, which reassured me about the builder’s long-term commitment to quality. The communication has been transparent throughout, and any concerns have been addressed promptly.

I have visited for the flat booking & as I have seen, there is changes in sample flat and and actual whatever seen from outside, there are balcony, window as well as door grills are looking different than actual sample flat, as I have noted and get information from some owners.

Project is at good locality, provides spacious flats. Project rera completion in 2030 however sales team made commitment for Dec 2025 for wing E and D. So I booked a flat. Is the same commitment for all others? Above review was given post my flat booking and agreement. Still I believe location is prime, layout is luxurious and builder reputed but worried about my hard earned money invested in Renuka Panchtawta because of development quality. Based on external appreance we can see two major changes in windows and balcony without informing buyers. Dont know how many such changes are there in internal work. We have to go long together so please convince us by keeping transparency about the quality of material, regular update on progress and attending buyer's concerns.

Arrogant CRM Team, Shady Practices, and Zero Accountability My experience with this builder has been an absolute disaster. The CRM team (Specially Satyajit) is beyond arrogant and has no sense of professionalism. They do not communicate any updates about the project's progress, leaving customers completely in the dark. When you try to reach out, they treat you like you're a nuisance—it’s insulting how they speak to their customers with such blatant disrespect. To make matters worse, the builder drastically changed the balcony and window grill designs from what was originally shown in the sample flat—without informing or consulting us. It’s clear they’re cutting costs at our expense, and it’s absolutely unacceptable. The grills in the sample flat were powder-coated and had a premium look, but the actual grills used are of inferior quality and no match to what was initially promised. The difference is blatantly obvious, as it can be easily seen from the outside of the building. This is a glaring downgrade from what was promised. When we tried to address these changes with the CRM and engineering teams, they outright refused to listen. Instead of having a constructive conversation, they shouted at customers and showed no intention of making things right. The engineering team argued that the balcony grill height was increased for safety, but that doesn’t justify completely changing the design of both the balcony and window grills. It’s clear this is just an excuse, and they bluntly refused to revert the grill design back to what was promised, showing complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Now, existing customers are left worried about whether there will be more unpleasant surprises like this in the future. If the builder can make such drastic changes without any consultation, what's next?

Key Issues: 1.? ?Unresponsive CRM team, ignoring queries and lacking professionalism. 2.? ?Undisclosed modifications to the original design (e.g., window grills, balcony grills), raising concerns about cutting corners. 3.? ?Poor communication, keeping customers in the dark about changes. 4.? ?Lack of monthly updates, unlike other builders. 5.? ?Intimidation tactics: When I asked questions, CRM team members Satyajit and Deepa threatened to share my flat number and take actions against me. I know you won’t able to give the answers on each points here and you will ask to visit the office. But your language on the replies on the reviews are different and when we meet in the office is different. Can you deny that you had not threatened to share the flat numbers to the customers?? Warning to Potential Buyers: Exercise caution and ensure everything is documented in writing. Ask questions and demand clarity throughout the process. Be aware that questioning the CRM team may lead to intimidation. Advice to Renuka Panchtattva: 1.? ?Hold your CRM team accountable for addressing customer queries and concerns. 2.? ?Ensure transparency in modifications and communicate changes promptly. 3.? ?Provide regular updates to maintain trust. 4.? ?Address the unprofessional behavior of CRM team members, specifically Satyajit and Deepa. Note: I'm writing this review from a different account, as I've been disappointed with the CRM team's responsiveness. Caution: Buyers, be cautious when dealing with Renuka Panchtattva's CRM team, and consider seeking legal advice to protect your interests.

Whenever we’ve had questions or concerns, the team has been quick to respond and always made us feel valued as customers. One of the highlights of this builder’s approach is their commitment to quality and safety. While the balcony and window grills were slightly modified from the original design, the changes were made for good reason. The builder increased the height of the balcony grill for added safety, which we greatly appreciate. The overall design still looks premium and blends beautifully with the building’s aesthetic. In fact, all the windows and balcony grills are of high quality and give the structure a modern, polished appearance. The changes, far from being a downgrade, are thoughtful improvements that prioritize both safety and durability. What I appreciate most is the builder’s transparency and openness to feedback. Whenever we’ve raised concerns, the CRM and engineering teams have listened patiently and provided clear explanations. They are genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and have shown flexibility in addressing any minor concerns that have come up along the way. I feel confident in the quality of work being done and trust that there will be no unpleasant surprises moving forward. This builder has delivered on their promises, and I’m looking forward to seeing the final result.

Location is prime, Builder is also good but from last 6 months there has been a lot of conflict between the sales team, CRm team and customers. Due to the inappropriate behaviour and attitude of team towards customers. No proper status of the progress has been given since last 6 months and inappropriate photo were shown in the name of completion status. Recently I have observed they have changed the grill design randomly without any satisfactory reason.I don't know what they are doing whether it's cost cutting or anything else. even I am not expecting that they will deliver the flat like the demo/show flat they are showing. I can understand few things can be changed but there has to be some limitations and a proper communication should be made for this. There are some pros and cons for every project/Builder, that is acceptable but compramise with quality is not acceptable in any circumstance. Communication is the bigger problem for the Renuka builder team, since first day and it's getting worse day by day. I have a reason to worry about the quality of the material used as I have invested my hard earned money.

Project was good but rush on each floor. I like the floor plan.they completed almost two buildings structure and started 3rd building
